FAQs

🌊 About the Water

1. Where does Protonic Pure Hydration Spring water come from?

Our water is sourced from Victoria’s Spa Country, home to the world-renowned mineral springs of Daylesford and Hepburn Springs. Naturally filtered through volcanic rock and sandstone, it emerges pure and enriched with minerals.

2. What minerals are in your water?

Our spring water naturally contains calcium, magnesium, and silica, along with trace minerals. These give the water a crisp, refreshing taste and smooth mouthfeel.

3. What is the pH level of your water?

Our water has a naturally balanced pH, which may vary slightly with the seasons. This balance ensures smooth taste and optimal hydration.

4. Does your water contain silica?

Yes. Silica is naturally present in Spa Country waters and contributes to the water’s soft texture. It is also associated with benefits for hair, skin, and nails.

5. Is your water treated or enhanced?
